Furnace and Air Conditioning Installer 

Precision Heat and Cool is looking for a Furnace and Air Conditioning Installer to join our team. We are a family run business with deep roots within the community. We proudly serve the Lakeland and surrounding area by providing residential and commercial HVAC solutions that deliver quality, comfort, and reliability.

Responsibilities 

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC units, ensuring timely resolutions
• Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and functionality
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Collaborate with other technicians to build or modify HVAC systems as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all work processes
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory of parts

Qualifications 

• Minimum 5 years HVAC experience
• Experience in installation, servicing and inspections of HVAC equipment
• Primarily residential experience, with commercial experience as an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal driven
• Class 5 license with clear Driver’s abstract
